I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were so calm and peaceful, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. They were very modern, one of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in, and had a beautiful mountain view. The service was welcoming and caring, really charming and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to everything, with attentive and correct reception. The dining experience was fantastic, with rich and tasty dishes. The facilities were top-notch.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous in Britain. The rooms were big, clean, and quite spacious, but I personally feel that warmer colors would enhance the cozy ambiance. The service was top-notch; they even offered to drive us in their personal jeep to pick us up at night. The location was ideal for exploring the natural reserve and close to park trails. The dining experience was probably one of the best I've had in Europe. The facilities were excellent overall.
